Guest rooms

Each room guided its own décor. The morning and afternoon sun, a troublesome red-boarded wall, and a yearning for yellow all helped the final personality emerge. I tried to imagine life in these rooms at the turn of the last century, then added some modern comforts.

"Sunset Reflections"

The sun sets here, casting lacy reflections across the walls as you get ready for evening or settle in with a good book in the easy chair. Queen bed with memory foam topper.

This guest room can accommodate the addition of a twin bed for a fee of $45.

Warm yellow and deep rose make a cozy retreat. Antique furnishings help you imagine this home at the turn of the century. Queen bed with memory foam topper.

"Seaside Sunrise"

The sun rises in this bright room, recalling a Victorian seacoast cottage with crisp white and blue décor. Wicker chairs and antique steamer trunk invite thoughts of lazy travels. Double bed with pillow top.

Room rates

Room rate: $110 (lodging taxes not included in room rate.) Check-in: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m (unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out: 11 a.m. Sorry, we have no facilities for children or pets.

Open year around. Call 503-838-0612 for reservations. Leave specific message to assure reservation. We will confirm. For reservations more than one week ahead, a deposit of one night to hold; balance due at check-in. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your full rate will be charged.

Each room has cable TV/VCR and guest robes. Also available: guest lounge with CDs and player, and laptop computer. Free WI-FI. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.

A full gourmet breakfast is served between 7 and 9:30 a.m. We can accommodate your schedule by prior arrangement and we can accommodate most dietary needs. Please make any dietary needs or food allergies known when making reservations. Smoking is allowed on the covered front porch or in the garden. This is a non-smoking facility.
